Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core Resources & Progression Database
Use this Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core resources page as the Rogue Core resources database for Expenite, Expenite Gems, Buckets, Large Nodules, Cameras, Data Terminals, C-Scrip, Merits, and progression status. The page separates what helps you survive the current run from what carries forward between missions. Rogue C

Resource answers before you plan unlocks
What is Expenite used for?
Expenite is mined during missions and deposited into R.E.P.D. / E.L.I.S. to generate temporary upgrades for the current run.
Open routeDoes Expenite carry over?
Treat Expenite as run-focused until the live build proves otherwise. It is not the same as permanent progression currency.
Open routeWhat resources affect permanent progression?
Official wiki currently lists C-Scrip and Merits as progression resources, with Cameras and Data Terminals feeding Reclaimer Point or Clearance-related progress.
Open routeCan I farm exact routes yet?
Not safely. Source locations exist, but best map, best route, and per-hour yield claims need Early Access sample data.
Open routeWhere do resource changes get tracked?
Patch-sensitive Rogue Core resources changes should be logged in Rogue Core updates and reflected back into this table.

How Rogue Core Expenite Upgrades Work
Current official wiki mechanics to mirror on the upgrades page:
Expenite is the Rogue Core resource that turns a mission from a basic loadout into a real roguelite run.
You mine it in the caves, deposit it into R.E.P.D. / E.L.I.S., and trigger temporary upgrade selections. The upgrade page tracks the selection rules; this Rogue Core resources page tracks where the Expenite comes from and which values still need validation.
The first upgrade costs 120 Expenite.
Each subsequent upgrade increases the cost by 10 Expenite. When the threshold is met, players must enter the R.E.P.D. radius to trigger the selection event. The game pauses during the selection event. Solo players with Cooper receive a secondary row of Cooper-specific upgrades after choosing their own upgrade.
Rogue Core Resources: Run-Only vs Permanent Progression
Do not treat every resource as something you should hoard for the Ramrod. Rogue Core splits progression into two visible layers:
Rogue Core Resources Verification Queue
Best Expenite routes
No safe best-farm route until live build samples exist
Reward math
Cameras, Data Terminals, C-Scrip, and Merit reward amounts need screenshot-backed tables
Gauntlet rewards
The official wiki lists Gauntlet mission levels as a source for C-Scrip and Merits; reward reset timing and optimal priority still need live confirmation
Clearance progression
Cameras and Data Terminals support Intel Gathering and higher Clearance Levels, but full requirements need a launch build table
Co-op scaling
Expenite selection options and resource pressure change with team size; do not assume solo values match 4-player runs
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
For run survival, Expenite is the first resource to understand because it powers temporary upgrades. For long-term progression, track C-Scrip, Merits, Reclaimer Points, and Clearance systems separately.
