The Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core release date for Steam Early Access is officially confirmed for May 20, 2026.

⚠️ Stale Risk Warning: If you see older articles or old Steam FAQ sections mentioning "expected end of 2025," those are outdated. The March 2026 official announcement superseded them.

Rogue Core Release Time: The current unlock target is May 20, 2026 at 18:00 CEST / 16:00 UTC. That converts to 09:00 PDT, 12:00 EDT, 17:00 BST, May 21 at 00:00 China Standard Time, and May 21 at 01:00 JST. Treat the Steam storefront countdown as the final pre-purchase check, because launch windows can still shift close to release.

Rogue Core platforms are currently confirmed exclusively for Steam on Windows PC. The Steam page lists 14 supported languages, including English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese.

The exact numeric Rogue Core price is currently [Unknown / Tracking]. Ghost Ship Games has confirmed a standard Early Access pricing strategy: the game will be cheaper during Early Access and the price will increase when it reaches version 1.0.

As for a Rogue Core discount or Deep Rock Galactic owner bundle, the Steam FAQ says the team will likely create a bundle for existing DRG owners, but exact discount terms, regional pricing, and launch timing are still [Tracking]. The Rogue Core Early Access version introduces the core 1-4 player co-op FPS roguelite loop. The Run: You start missions with basic gear—selecting a Phase Suit (with an Active Ability) and a Reclaimer Weapon. In-Mission Scaling: As you fight through procedurally generated stages past the Greyout Barrier, you harvest Expenite. You deposit this into the Processor Drone to purchase temporary upgrades that drastically alter your build on the fly. Any pre-launch playtests or demos are governed by the Steam store's current active buttons. If a "Request Access" or "Download Demo" button is not visible on Steam, it is currently unavailable. Launch bonuses or deluxe editions are [Tracking].
